Hi, my name is Jenny Kennedy. I am VP of Care Transformation with Medi-Axiom. I am an RN by training. I have been within cardiology for the past 20 years.  I started in the hospital in the coronary care unit and worked my way into the ambulatory cardiology side. From there, I was privileged to have the opportunity  to work with a heart failure clinic and develop an advanced heart failure program.  I really enjoyed my time in the outpatient setting, but then I have extensive experience in building heart failure and EP programs that span the whole continuum of care.  I really love cardiology. I have left it once and quickly came back, and I'm really enthusiastic about building care teams, connecting the dots, and providing excellent care  and improving outcomes in our highly vulnerable populations.
