The proposed PFAnalyzer concept uses unipolar morphology and high-fidelity signals to identify viable tissue and help assess lesion completeness in real time, potentially improving ablation durability and consistency.<br /><br />Second, FibriCheck presented its smartphone-based digital heart rhythm monitoring platform, described as the first FDA-cleared digital heart rhythm monitor. It supports patient self-monitoring without extra hardware, offers high compliance, integrates into clinical workflows and EHR systems, and provides structured alerts, rhythm strips, and longitudinal AF insights. The workflow includes patient access, home monitoring, alert thresholds, and clinical follow-up.<br /><br />Real-world examples highlighted post-ablation monitoring, showing how alerts can be triaged by priority and that many patients generate no alerts, reducing unnecessary follow-up. The presentation also discussed reimbursement, suggesting potential net ROI for providers and a pay-as-you-go model with no CAPEX investment.
