This document describes a 3-step process for creating the MedAxiom Patient Panel submission, which counts distinct patients with E&M CPT codes from either PB or HB by Location Group.<br /><br />1. Create a provider list:<br />- Save a CSV file named `MedAxiom_Patient_Panel_Provider.csv` in the Bulk Insert directory: `\\i-vClarityProd\BulkInsert\Finance\MedAxiom\PatientPanel\`<br />- Include only these columns, in order: Provider Name, NPI<br />- Use Epic Provider ID if possible, though NPI is currently listed<br />- Send the file to J.L. Brown or submit an IT ticket so Enterprise Analytics can place it in the directory<br /><br />2. Generate and update the location list:<br />- Run report: `MedAxiom Patient Panel 1-Location (SQL)`<br />- Save as `MedAxiom_Patient_Panel_Location.csv` in the same Bulk Insert directory<br />- Include columns in this order: LocationID, Location, LocationGroup<br />- Update the LocationGroup values as needed, then save the file<br />- Send it to J.L. Brown or Enterprise Analytics for upload<br /><br />3. Run validation and submission reports:<br />- Run `MedAxiom Patient Panel 2-CPT by Encounter Detail` to validate results<br />- Then run `MedAxiom Patient Panel 3-Distinct Patient Count by Location Group`<br />- Save and submit the final results<br /><br />For questions, contact J.L.
