Although the process still requires some manual review, automation reduced preparation time from about two and a half months to roughly three weeks.<br /><br />The speakers highlighted the importance of validation, especially for patient panel data, and noted that automated reporting revealed discrepancies that manual methods had missed. They also discussed challenges with place of service and the need for close collaboration between clinical staff and IT.<br /><br />Overall, the session showed how structured automation and strong data governance can improve submission quality and support better benchmarking.
