Navigating the New CPT Structure for Lower Extremity Revascularization
Webinar Description
The 2026 CPT code set will introduce one of the most significant updates in years to lower extremity revascularization (LER) procedure coding. The long-established LER family (37220-37235) will be removed and replaced with a completely new series organized by vascular territory: iliac, femoral/popliteal, tibial/peroneal and inframalleolar.

This restructuring aims to streamline reporting, eliminate redundancy, and align coding with current clinical standards and practices. It also brings significant operational and reimbursement changes. This in-depth session will cover:
- A breakdown of the new 2026 CPT structure for lower extremity interventions.
- Explain the logic behind the vascular territory-based reorganization.
- Review bundled vs. standalone code scenarios and their reimbursement implications.
