Building on the clinical baseline established in Part 1 of this series, this session will provide an overview of the infrastructure requirements for formalizing care management services. In addition, the presenters will show how a business case, including the development of financial projections, can be assembled in order to secure the necessary approvals and prove the return on investment (ROI) of the services.
